A father’s wish magically brings a wooden boy to life in Italy, giving him a chance to care for the child. However, the two of them have to struggle to find a place for themselves as Italy becomes embroiled in fascism.

The Portland Art Museum will offer visitors free screenings (with paid Museum admission) of Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio in our Whitsell Auditorium. For greater accessibility, there will be viewing opportunities with open captions and audio descriptions, as well as sensory-friendly screenings with lower volume and brighter lighting.
